🎉 Excitement filled the air at Harleyville Elementary on Friday during our annual House Selection Event! 🌟 New students and faculty gathered in the gymnasium to spin the wheel and discover which of the four incredible houses they would join: Reveur, Amistad, Isibindi, or Altruismo.
The House System, inspired by the Ron Clark Academy, fosters character, academic success, school spirit, and a close-knit family atmosphere at HES. It’s a fantastic way for students to connect with peers across different grades and classes, building a strong culture of excellence and unity.
As you can see from the video, our students had an absolute blast! 🎡 #HouseSelection #HESFamily #BuildingExcellence

Whys is attendance important?
Regular attendance fosters a classroom community between teachers and children. Students who attend school are more likely to succeed academically. Students gain background knowledge from discussions while learning in school. Attending school also provides time for social interactions with peers. Missing just 2 days a month means a child misses 10% of the school year. #schooleveryday
