Dorchester School District Four partners with Healthy Promotion Specialists to provide on-site dental services during the school day.  Please note: services are provided for the students with written permission and submission of the form provided below.  Permission forms are sent home at the beginning of the school year.  Dental services are not provided by DD4 staff  and any questions related to your student’s dental services you will need to discuss with HPS staff.
