February is Black History Month, a time to recognize and honor the achievements, resilience, and lasting contributions of Black Americans who have shaped our nation’s history, culture, and progress. We acknowledge the past, learn from it, and celebrate the individuals whose leadership, creativity, and service continue to strengthen our communities. This month invites reflection, understanding, and appreciation.

DD4’s Aspiring Administrators shadowed leaders at school levels different from their own, trading familiar hallways for fresh perspective. They wrapped the day talking leadership, challenges, and growth over lunch with district leaders. Building tomorrow's leaders from within.
